FedRAMP Listing Expands Secure Federal IT Capabilities
TeamViewer announced that its DEX Platform has now been officially listed in the FedRAMP Marketplace. The marketplace serves as the public registry for cloud services certified or undergoing certification for federal government use. As a result, TeamViewer can expand access to its platform for agencies with strict compliance requirements.
The company’s DEX Platform provides IT teams with real-time endpoint visibility and automated remediation capabilities. In addition, the solution delivers actionable insights that improve digital employee experiences across distributed work environments.

The designation followed a comprehensive Third-Party Assessment Organization security review. Furthermore, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs completed an additional review as the sponsoring agency.
Project Hosts supported the process through its GSSOne infrastructure, documentation, controls, and monitoring capabilities. Hardened container images and FIPS 140-3 certification requirements were additionally supported through RapidFort. TeamViewer commented that the FedRAMP process would assist federal agencies in improving their critical missions and ensuring high security and compliance levels.
