NetBrain Appoints Three Tech Executives to Drive Customer Growth in Agentic NetOps

Agentic NetOps

NetBrain Technologies, the pioneer of Agentic NetOps, recently announced three strategic executive appointments. The software firm hired Luvlynn Lee as Chief Customer Officer. Additionally, Sean Dolan joined the corporate leadership team as Chief Revenue Officer. Scott Fitzgerald also stepped into the role of Chief Marketing Officer.

These key hires follow a deliberate sequence of growth moves. In January 2026, Blackstone made a majority investment in the network automation company. During that same period, NetBrain appointed Bernadette Nixon as Chief Executive Officer. Now, the firm builds its leadership team to match its massive market opportunity.

Enterprise network operations teams currently face compounding operational pressures. For example, network alert volumes continue to grow rapidly. Meanwhile, internal IT team headcounts remain flat across most industries. As a result, a massive gap exists between problem detection and final resolution. This exact gap directly harms business continuity and impact. Fortunately, production-ready technology now exists to close this operational gap completely. Therefore, this leadership build-out represents a direct investment in customer success.

“Our customers are navigating a pivotal moment. They know AI will transform their network operations and they are looking to NetBrain to show them the path. Bringing Luvlynn, Sean, and Scott into the leadership team is a direct investment in that promise and will make us a stronger company. Luvlynn will ensure every customer has a clear and supported journey to Agentic NetOps, Sean will extend that journey to the enterprises who have not yet discovered what autonomous network operations can do for them, and Scott will make sure the market understands what is now possible.”

Meet the New Executive Team

Luvlynn Lee brings over 20 years of valuable industry experience to NetBrain. She previously scaled customer success and sales at several high-growth tech companies. Most recently, Lee served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Split Software. Before that role, she held senior commercial leadership positions at Teradata. She also worked at ThousandEyes, a cloud intelligence platform that Cisco later acquired. At ThousandEyes, she helped double annual recurring revenue in just two years. Consequently, her career shows a consistent ability to build referenceable customer programs. This operating model fits perfectly as Agentic NetOps moves toward mainstream enterprise deployment.

“What drew me to NetBrain is the rare combination of proven technology and a genuinely uncharted category,” said Luvlynn Lee, Chief Customer Officer at NetBrain Technologies. “Agentic NetOps is a fundamentally different way of running a network, and most enterprises are still discovering what it means for them. My job is to be the partner that helps them see the path clearly, take the first step confidently, and realize value faster than they thought possible.”

Driving Commercial and Marketing Momentum

Sean Dolan joins the enterprise software provider with extensive revenue leadership experience. He recently served as the Chief Revenue Officer at EnterpriseDB. Furthermore, his deep background includes senior leadership positions at Qlik and Juniper Networks. He also held key roles at Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia Worldwide Services. These roles give him deep credibility in the competitive networking infrastructure market. Dolan regularly builds structured, scalable sales organizations for complex enterprise buying cycles. In addition, he activates partner and channel ecosystems to extend market reach. This capability remains critical as NetBrain expands into new global regions.

“Network operations will be genuinely transformed by AI, and that creates a significant market opportunity for a company that has done the hard work of building real agentic capability and NetBrain has,” said Sean Dolan, Chief Revenue Officer at NetBrain Technologies. “My focus will be on making sure we are translating technical leadership into commercial momentum.”

Scott Fitzgerald brings more than two decades of enterprise technology marketing leadership. Most recently, he led marketing strategies at the governed AI platform Intapp. He successfully guided Intapp through an IPO and tripled its annual recurring revenue. Previously, Fitzgerald held Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President positions at Duck Creek Technologies. He also managed marketing teams at BlueSnap, ACI Worldwide, and CA Technologies. He specializes in connecting corporate brand identity with global demand generation. Ultimately, his strategic approach consistently delivers rapid growth for software-as-a-service companies.

“Enterprise networks are at an inflection point, and NetBrain is the platform built to meet it,” said Scott Fitzgerald, Chief Marketing Officer at NetBrain Technologies. “My job is to make sure the enterprises that need Agentic NetOps can find it, understand it, and act on it.”
