For the third consecutive year, Wesco International has received its Great Place to Work Certification for 2026.
The company provides business-to-business distribution, logistics, and supply chain services. This certification is based only on feedback from current employees about their workplace. 83% of survey participants said this year that Wesco is a great place to work. This percentage surpasses the average of 57% seen among U.S. companies.

The survey also revealed various aspects of Wesco’s working environment. Management received high scores from the employees for the fairness of their behavior toward different groups. Scores for fairness related to race, gender, and sexual orientation were 89 percent and above. In addition, 97 percent of the participants confirmed that Wesco offers a physically safe working environment.
The survey also demonstrated a high degree of employee satisfaction with work flexibility. In particular, 91 percent of the participants agreed that they have the opportunity to take leave whenever they want. Thus, employee input remains an essential part of Wesco’s Great Place to Work Certification.
