Guild Marketplace Selected by Amazon as a Partner for Career Choice Program

Guild Marketplace

Guild has been selected by Amazon as an education partner for the Amazon Career Choice program. Through this partnership, Guild will provide Amazon hourly employees with structured learning pathways through its Guild Navigator product.

Through the program, employees will be able to access training and career development opportunities for RME technicians. In addition, the program will assist Amazon in developing a pool of talented individuals for its operations.

Guild Marketplace concentrates on workforce development through its services, which involve aiding employers in recruiting, developing, and retaining skilled employees. Through its services, Guild links workers to educational and career paths to help them grow professionally.

“Skilled technicians are the backbone of modern operations, and the most forward-thinking companies know that building that workforce starts with investing in the people they already have,” said Bijal Shah, CEO of Guild. “Amazon is leading the way by making a deliberate commitment to develop the talent its business depends on from within. That is how companies build resilience and strengthen their operations over time. Guild is proud to support that journey from first step to placement.”

Empowering Workforce Growth and Skill Development

This collaboration will enable Guild Navigator to guide the learners through their learning process with step-by-step guidance. At the same time, program managers will be able to have access to learning management systems. Amazon’s Career Choice program offers educational benefits that empower its employees to acquire new skills for career development. It offers pre-paid tuition, industry certification, and foundational learning programs.

“We’re looking forward to Guild coming on board as an education partner for Career Choice, adding to the hundreds of best-in-class offerings available to our employees,” said Tammy Thieman, Director of Career Choice at Amazon. “We’re committed to empowering our employees by providing them access to the education and training they need to grow their careers, whether that’s with us or elsewhere. We have intentionally created a partner network of third-party educators and employers committed to providing excellent education, job placement resources, and continuous improvements to the experience. We’re proud of the number of Amazon employees around the world who have participated in Career Choice, and we’ve seen first-hand how it can transform their lives.”

Career Choice has been taken by over 300,000 employees across the globe since its inception. In the year 2025 alone, there were 100,000 employees who participated in Career Choice to learn the skills needed for various positions. Including those of aircraft mechanics, software developers, IT specialists, and commercial truck drivers. Additionally, Amazon has a specific process for selecting educational partners.
