onPhase has secured a place on the Inc. 5000 list for the second consecutive year. The annual ranking recognizes America’s fastest-growing private companies.
This recognition goes to those firms that have experienced high growth and innovation through entrepreneurship. These firms have also created employment opportunities and are contributing to the evolving American economy. Some of the firms previously recognized as part of the Inc. 5000 include Microsoft, Facebook, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia.

Inc. 5000 Highlights Business Growth
The Inc. 5000 list features companies from several emerging industries. These include AI, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, consumer goods, and business services. These firms keep growing their business and providing job opportunities. In addition to this, they indicate the role of entrepreneurship in the U.S. economy. These 5,000 firms witnessed a three-year growth in their revenues of 130% on average. Together, they created more than 627,208 jobs in the last three years.
