Metaview Secures $60M Series C to Lead Agentic Recruiting

Agentic Recruiting

Metaview has received $60 million in Series C financing aimed at improving agentic recruiting. Insight Partners was the leading investor in this fundraising effort, along with other investors. GV, Intrepid Growth Partners, Seedcamp, Vertex Ventures US, Plural, and Garuda Ventures were some other investors in this fundraise. The last fundraising effort took place a year ago. At present, Metaview has raised a total amount of $110 million. Even though recruiting is a $800 billion industry characterized by many manual tasks, AI still continues transforming the recruitment process of companies. Applications per recruiter have risen by 412%. Also, 53% of people applying for jobs felt “ghosted” by the employer over the last year.

“The best engineering teams have already moved from writing code by hand to orchestrating AI agents that do the work. Recruiting is next,” said Siadhal Magos, CEO and co-founder of Metaview. “We’re rebuilding hiring with AI at the core to make it radically more efficient and precise, while creating a better system for everyone involved.”

Metaview Grows AI Recruiting Technology

The investment from Series C is set to help the company meet three major goals in the upcoming growth phase. First off, Metaview is going to bring fillmore to general availability. Fillmore is a recruiter assistant for Metaview. The company is also planning to develop other specialist agents. Also, Metaview will grow from 80 to 250 people. A new Metaview office will be opened in New York besides the existing two locations – London and San Francisco. Also, Metaview is going to boost 10x Recruiting. This program aims to teach talent specialists to construct AI hiring processes.

Metaview has collected over six million interviews since its founding. Now, this technology is able to use the common knowledge gained during the interviews at different recruitment stages. The agents are capable of sourcing candidates before they apply. Also, the agents check the candidates’ applications in terms of job requirements and run structured interview talks. Also, Metaview turns human interviews into readable notes.

“The recruiting process is generating more candidate volume than most organizations know how to handle,” said Ryan Hinkle, Managing Director at Insight Partners. “Metaview has built a platform that brings more structure and intelligence across each stage of hiring, from sourcing and screening through to the final decision. The result is better hiring decisions at scale, without losing the judgment that good hiring requires. We are excited to partner with Siadhal, Shahriar and the team for the next phase of growth.”

Over 7,000 organizations depend on Metaview within their hiring processes. Among the customers are Deel, Affirm, Navan, and Replit. Metaview has recently acquired an AI recruiting startup Reval. Furthermore, it has introduced fillmore through its expanding portfolio. Time-to-hire has been cut down by 75 percent in certain instances by customers.

“Metaview has become a key part of how our recruiting teams operate globally,” said Richard Yan, Global People & Talent at Airwallex. “It’s helped increase our capacity and give hiring teams the shared context to make faster, more informed hiring decisions, supporting how we’re building and scaling a high-performing global team at Airwallex.”
