Leapsome has introduced a guide program called Six Months to Agentic HR to help HR teams prepare for AI-driven changes in the workplace. Six Months to AI-Driven HR provides a timeline, professional support, and a community for HR teams. This will enable the teams to develop agentic HR skills and lead the transition of their companies to AI. The Agentic HR Accelerator Program can be availed for free to those customers signing up till December 31. This program is valued at US$24,000 by Leapsome. In addition to this, the Leapsome Agentic HRIS Foundation tier can be availed free of charge during customers’ contract period.
Leapsome requires a maximum of two weeks for HRIS migration. The offer is available to new and existing Leapsome customers. According to Leapsome’s 2027 Workforce Trends Report, the demand for AI skills is increasing in the workforce. The report was an analysis of 100 high-growth firms and found that they have high demand for AI skills. The report found that 81% of these firms require AI skills in their People teams. Further, 72% of open People roles are for talent work.
“Most of our industry is adding AI features and calling it transformation,” said Jenny Podewils, co-founder and co-CEO of Leapsome. “The bar for what exceptional HR looks like has risen twice, and efficient people ops is now only the baseline. We believe an ambitious people team can build an agentic HR team within six months, and we’re putting our own people beside them to prove it. We’re doing this because we believe the next generation of AI leaders in business will come from HR.”
Six Months to Agentic HR Develops AI-Ready People Teams
Six Months to Agentic HR is geared towards developing People teams that will be capable of leading their organization through the AI transformation. AI agents can run operations and solve people questions. Furthermore, they may help increase the speed of talent growth and decrease administrative workload. Consequently, HR teams can be concentrated on AI fluency and organizational development.
The first cohort of Six Months to Agentic HR is scheduled to launch in January 2027. It includes a six-month-long program with sessions by Jessica Zwaan, the VP of People Strategy and Operations at Leapsome. The course offers a unique HR leader cohort and a separate Leapsome contact as well. Teams have the opportunity to select three customized AI use cases for onboarding. Additionally, Leapsome offers HRIS migration and Agentic HR readiness check services. After the completion of the program, participants will get Agentic HR certification.
“We rebuilt Leapsome’s core so HR teams can lead the AI transformation and build strong organizations instead of administering tedious tasks,” said Kajetan Armansperg, co-founder and co-CEO of Leapsome. “AI agents execute core people ops, with human sign-off where it matters. Our in-depth talent graph – covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding to performance and payroll – provides crucial context for agents, allowing them to free up precious time for HR teams.”
Leapsome claims customers save on average 40% of administrative time. In addition, their customers see a 20% improvement in employee performance.
Today, more than 2,000 firms rely on Leapsome. Among their clients are AI-based organizations such as Notion and Parloa.
