Bacardi is getting stronger in its ranking in the Forbes World’s Best Employers index. This family-owned company is placed 69th worldwide in 2026. In addition, Bacardi is ranked as the first spirit manufacturer in the current ranking. In addition to that, the company moved up 17 positions in the ranking compared to the previous one. This ranking shows Bacardi’s dedication to creating value for the employees.
