Employee wellbeing is a critical issue for many organizations and HR specialists. Such aspects as mental health, sedentary behavior, absenteeism, and work environment keep challenging the workforce. According to statistics, 47% of employees suffer from psychological stress in France. At the same time, 32% of employees are at risk of developing burnout syndrome.

Wellhub Brings 2,100+ Partners to France

Wellhub comes into France with more than 2,100 wellbeing providers from day one. Services can be used by employees in major cities and throughout France. The platform offers physical activities, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep. Employees get access via a single subscription provided by the employer. Therefore, employees have an opportunity to select the needed services depending on their needs and preferences. The model motivates employees to develop consistent wellbeing practices.

Recently, Wellhub has teamed up with Basic-Fit, one of the leaders in the fitness space in Europe. As a result of this cooperation, Wellhub users have access to more than 900 Basic-Fit clubs in France. The French network is complemented by such partners as Arkose France, Apollo Sporting Club, and YOZE. Local partners include KTRL, KAH Studio, Les Ailes du Canal, and Eden Studio. Also, Culte Reformer and Sputnik Yoga Space become part of the platform’s service offerings.

Making Employee Wellbeing an Everyday Priority

Wellhub tries to ensure that businesses make their investment in wellbeing translate into ongoing employee participation. The 2026 Wellbeing Return on Investment Report by Wellhub outlines the importance of employee wellbeing from a business perspective. The report notes that 89% of HR professionals interviewed view wellbeing as an essential ingredient of success. Besides, 95% of organizations that measure wellbeing ROI achieve a return.

“In France, companies are investing in quality of life at work, and yet absenteeism has risen by more than 25% since 20192. Sport alone cannot solve this: stress, sleep, nutrition and mental health are closely linked. That’s what sets Wellhub apart: a single subscription that brings together physical activity, mental health support, nutrition and sleep, so every employee can find what they actually need, including those who have never set foot in a gym. For international groups, it’s also one programme deployed across 19 countries. Wellbeing is no longer a nice-to-have; it’s a must-have for the balance sheet,” said Mickael Pinto, Country Lead France and Benelux at Wellhub.

Wellhub caters to multinational organizations, SMBs, and mid-sized firms in France. The mission of Wellhub is to integrate comprehensive wellbeing into the business promise.

France continues to be a key market in Europe for Wellhub. Wellhub is also entering the Dutch market as it keeps growing in Europe.
