Companies with more than 1,000 employees participated in the survey. The participants rated their existing company and other firms that they were familiar with.
This study assessed how likely employees would recommend their companies. In addition, the study considered several workplace satisfaction drivers. Workplace satisfaction drivers include company image, culture, pay, benefits, and work-life balance. Career opportunities were also considered in the survey.
