ICIMS Integrates with LinkedIn Hiring Assistant to Deliver a More Connected Experience and Help Recruiting Teams Hire Quality Talent

ICIMS

Intelligent hiring platform ICIMS has recently integrated its solutions with LinkedIn’s Hiring Assistant, enabling them to streamline their hiring process even further. The integration will combine candidate information and AI insights, allowing recruiters to quickly recognize the best-fitting candidates.

LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect Plus (RSC+) integration will be available on the market from spring 2027. LinkedIn RSC+ integration will be applicable for ICIMS’ ATS customers who use LinkedIn Hiring Assistant.

How the ICIMS and LinkedIn Integration Will Work

Thanks to RSC+, recruiting teams have the opportunity to review candidates regardless of the platform from which candidates submit applications. This is because ICIMS candidate data will be integrated with data available on the LinkedIn Hiring Assistant tool. As such, teams will be able to create qualified shortlists more quickly. In addition, RSC+ will make sure that LinkedIn Hiring Assistant reviews are updated on the ICIMS ATS. This means that recruiters will have an opportunity to review candidates using the system they are comfortable with. Furthermore, RSC+ will integrate the applicant data from ICIMS with LinkedIn Hiring Projects, each associated with a particular job requisition. Recruiters will thus be able to analyze candidates based on hiring criteria.

“Integrations powered by our partner ecosystem are at the heart of LinkedIn’s hiring innovations, which is why we’re excited to make RSC+ for Hiring Assistant available with ICIMS,” said Larry Nelson, head of talent partnerships, LinkedIn.

“Together, we’re redefining how recruiters evaluate applicants by combining ICIMS ATS resume data with LinkedIn insights and evaluating all applicants in one place, regardless of source. This integration delivers the trusted, comprehensive insights teams need to move faster and make smarter hiring decisions.”

Key Benefits for Recruiting Teams

There are numerous advantages of integrating the ICIMS LinkedIn Hiring Assistant. Firstly, this combination allows recruiters to use resume analysis together with LinkedIn profile data. It provides them with the possibility to evaluate the applicant taking into consideration data from various sources. The second advantage is that LinkedIn predicts that recruiters who use RSC+ for Hiring Assistant should save 1.5 hours on the position each time they make the list of applicants. Thus, recruiters can focus on valuable applicants and increase their efficiency.

Finally, the synchronization in real time will provide recruiters with evaluation insights and update of the stage.

“Recruiting teams are reviewing applicants from more sources than ever, making it increasingly important to unify the applicant evaluation workflow,” said Eric Connors, chief product officer, ICIMS. “With RSC+ for Hiring Assistant, recruiters will be able to evaluate all applicants, including both LinkedIn and ICIMS ATS applicants, with LinkedIn Hiring Assistant. LinkedIn Hiring Assistant evaluations and stage updates will also sync back to ICIMS ATS, unlocking a more connected workflow across systems.”

Overall, the integration strengthens recruitment technology by connecting applicant tracking with AI-powered candidate evaluation. It aims to help recruiting teams save time, improve workflows, and make more informed hiring decisions.
