Bright Horizons has earned recognition on the 2026 PEOPLE Companies That Care list. Great Place To Work and PEOPLE magazine selected the company for its employee experience.
This is the third time for Bright Horizons to make it to such an illustrious list. The recognition reflects the organization’s positive workplace environment and caring approach toward its employees. The company offers several programs that support employees through education, financial assistance, and community initiatives. The organization offers free associate and bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.
Through this program, anyone can participate in the Horizons CDA & Degree Program. They can also access the Employee Relief Fund which provides employees with financial aid. In addition, employees can donate money to the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children. This foundation helps build Bright Spaces for children and their families.

PEOPLE Companies That Care list is developed through comprehensive input provided by the organization’s employees. More than 1.3 million employee surveys have been analyzed by Great Place to Work. The database represents the experience of work environment of companies employing over 7.3 million employees in the United States. This year almost 970,000 responses were received from eligible companies.

Essays from firms on their projects are also provided for employees and for their community work. The information collected through surveys conducted among the employees confirms these essays. Firms must be certified Great Place to Work. Firms must have at least 10 employees in America.
