The upgraded features, developed with direct user input, include ISN SmartSource, an AI suggestion engine, and a dynamic interactive map that visualizes contractor locations. This new contractor sourcing interface improves the way clients connect with qualified contractors across various industries.

Now, Hiring Clients can search using natural language terms like “electrician in Mobile, Alabama”, making the interface easier to navigate. Additionally, SmartSource provides AI-powered recommendations based on contractor profiles, industry alignment, and shared connections.
The interactive map feature enhances the sourcing process further. Users can zoom into geographic regions, filter by location, and visualize nearby contractors for precise, proximity-based decisions.
