Magnit Global™ Enhances Conversational AI Features in Magnit Pulse™

Conversational AI

Through its platform Magnit Pulse, the software giant Magnit Global™ has added features to enable Conversational AI technology. With the new release, Magnit Pulse will be available via Slack and support client programs that operate with SAP Fieldglass. Moreover, the release also includes Pay Intelligence, SourceMatch, fast requisition creation, and MCP Server.

Magnit Pulse Gains More Workplace Capabilities

In June 2026, Magnit had rolled out Magnit Pulse via Microsoft Teams for those clients using its vendor management system (VMS). Now, the company has made its Conversational AI platform compatible with even more collaboration platforms and workforce management solutions. Thus, hiring managers will be able to use Slack along with Microsoft Teams to manage contingent workforce operations.

Also, organizations operating with SAP Fieldglass programs will have the ability to use selected workforce management capabilities via Microsoft Teams. This way, managers will be able to complete their routine tasks without switching from one application to another. Speaking of the advantages of this approach, Alan Gilchrest, Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Magnit Global, stated.

“Hiring managers should be able to manage their contingent workforce without jumping between tools or learning new software, and Magnit Pulse allows them to do just that. With no separate logins to remember and no training required, managers get time back for more strategic priorities. And, because Pulse integrates directly with existing VMS compliance frameworks, CFOs and procurement leaders are assured their policies and standards are fully compliant.” Alan Gilchrest, Chief Digital & Technology Officer, Magnit Global

New AI Capabilities Facilitate Workforce Decisions

The latest Magnit Pulse release brings several capabilities aimed at streamlining workforce processes. Fast requisition creation makes it possible for managers to start new staffing requests by using brief chats within Slack or Microsoft Teams. This way, managers do not need to move across several screens to get the process started. Pay Intelligence offers current pay rate trends on a role, skill, and location level. Managers may leverage this information to set competitive rates while making their talent request.

On the other hand, SourceMatch suggests the right fulfillment channels for certain positions. It leverages market rates and talent intelligence to make contingent workforce sourcing decisions. The latest release adds support for SAP Fieldglass client programs through Microsoft Teams. Hiring managers can approve timesheets, take actions on work orders, and track workforce activities.

Conversational AI for Workforce Management Expansion

These capabilities allow managers to make better decisions, quickly fill requisitions, and stay compliant in day-to-day operations. In addition, the solution integrates workforce intelligence with collaboration tools.

The capabilities can be accessed via Microsoft Teams, Slack, APIs, and MCP for Magnit VMS customers. The SAP Fieldglass customer solutions can also be accessed via Microsoft Teams.

In the future, Magnit is planning to release more capabilities on Slack, as well as supporting more vendor management systems. In essence, Magnit is working towards making Conversational AI easier to manage contingent workforce operations.
