Prolink Named Major Contender in Everest Group’s 2026 Workforce Management and MSP PEAK Matrix® Assessment

Prolink

Prolink Named a Major Contender in Everest Group’s 2026 PEAK Matrix® Assessment. This PEAK Matrix Assessment includes CWM and MSP services. It shows the strengths of Prolink with ProMSP, which is Prolink’s MSP product from Prolink. With ProMSP, companies can manage their contingent workforce using workforce solutions and technology.

“Organizations are looking for workforce partners that can do more than fill roles—they need the expertise, technology, and insight to see the full picture of their workforce and make informed decisions about their talent strategy,” said Tony Munafo, President and CEO of Prolink. “This recognition underscores Prolink’s sustained commitment to delivering strategic workforce solutions that meet those evolving needs. ProMSP is an important part of that strategy, and we’re proud to see its capabilities recognized through the PEAK Matrix®.”

Everest Group Recognizes Prolink’s Workforce Capabilities

The Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix® offers an independent analysis of the service providers in certain marketplaces. This analysis includes their capabilities, technologies, services, and market presence. For CWM and MSP providers, the analysis will assist in understanding the workforce management capabilities. It also brings into focus those providers who are able to address the evolving needs of the workforce.

“Prolink has built a differentiated presence in the US healthcare CWM market, off the back of its deep industry expertise and holistic offerings,” said Krishna Charan, Vice President, Everest Group.

He stressed that Prolink had great industry knowledge and an extensive range of workforce solutions. Prolink had invested in healthcare-specific workforce technology and its own workforce analytics. The company had even created talent engagement and automation using artificial intelligence. Moreover, Prolink offered consulting services for workforce planning and workforce technology consulting. The other areas include internal talent pool building and workforce strategies.

ProMSP offers tailored solutions based on people, processes, technology, and workforce strategies. Its solutions are based on a combination of program consultation and management. The end result is that visibility into the contingent workforce becomes better for clients. They will also be able to manage suppliers’ performance more effectively.

“The role of an MSP has evolved well beyond managing requisitions and suppliers,” said Vanessa Janus, Chief Workforce Solutions Officer at Prolink. “Today, organizations need a strategic partner that can help them understand their entire workforce, identify opportunities for talent optimization, and respond as workforce needs change. That’s what we aim to deliver through ProMSP: a consultative approach that combines workforce expertise, data, and technology to help clients improve performance, efficiency, and value.”
