INRY Rolls Out ServiceNow EmployeeWorks in Six Weeks, Replacing Legacy Portal With an AI Front Door

ServiceNow EmployeeWorks

INRY is a Cprime company and partner of ServiceNow that has launched EmployeeWorks in just six weeks. The company has been working with its legacy portal and has switched to an AI front door. ServiceNow has revealed the launch with INRY as part of its early access to this technology. INRY has become one of its early access customers. Now the company helps its clients implement this technology and has gained practical experience itself. It has become a leading implementation partner of the ServiceNow EmployeeWorks.

ServiceNow EmployeeWorks Provides Quicker Outcomes

INRY acquired ServiceNow EmployeeWorks in March 2026 and became live with it in six weeks. The platform has been implemented instead of its legacy portal as an AI front door. The ServiceNow EmployeeWorks platform integrates with different tools that employees are using on a regular basis. This includes Microsoft Teams, Jira, SharePoint, and others. This way, the employee can perform different actions without changing the application. They can create and track tickets, request PTO, and report expenses.

In addition, they will have access to research on their clients and uncover sales opportunities using the software. In turn, they will be able to simplify the workflow process without switching to other applications. This happened fast after the software was implemented. The ServiceNow EmployeeWorks reduced the time it took to submit self-service allocation requests by 60%.

Also, the software made employees stop switching to different applications to submit the requests. Moreover, request completion percentages were 97%. The company had a good internal customer satisfaction rating in the next two quarters. It showed that employees liked working with this platform.

One AI Front Door for Employee Requests

ServiceNow EmployeeWorks executes all the processes between departments and systems, and it also abides by the company’s policies and permissions. Moreover, the platform always draws the attention of the employees to all tasks that should be done. Thus, it allows businesses to use AI reliably and at the enterprise level. Employees may request different things in chat, like benefits changes, PTO balance, and requests for other departments. This happens instantly thanks to a unified experience. So, INRY will expand the platform’s use in different high-volume employee processes.

“INRY has worked together with customers for years to build deep expertise and trust on the ServiceNow AI Platform. Because of that, we didn’t want to sell something we hadn’t lived with ourselves. When I tell a client what ServiceNow EmployeeWorks can do, I’m telling them what it’s already doing for us,” said Matt Robinett, vice president and ServiceNow practice lead at INRY. “ServiceNow EmployeeWorks is workflow, AI assistance, and automation in one place, and our first-hand experience directly translates into helping our clients identify the areas of greatest impact.”

“AI is upending customer expectations when it comes to time to value,” said Paul Fipps, president of global customer operations at ServiceNow. “INRY went live on ServiceNow EmployeeWorks in just six weeks, launching one AI front door that answers questions instantly, gets work done, and moves people to real outcomes in a fraction of the time. That’s the new expectation. And when a partner can show a customer what the platform did for their own employees, the conversation changes.”
