Vialto Partners, a global leader in workforce mobility and talent transformation, has appointed Lisa M. Buckingham as Global Chief Human Resources Officer. In this new role, she will lead the company’s global HR strategy and report directly to CEO Neil Masterson.

Buckingham brings decades of experience in human capital leadership and has successfully driven culture and business transformation at scale. Most recently, she served as CHRO for the U.S. Soccer Federation, where she led the relocation to the National Training Center and developed a forward-thinking HR framework. She also championed employee experience and agility within the organization.

Previously, Buckingham held the role of President at Ellig Group, a leadership advisory firm focused on inclusive executive hiring. She also served as Chief People, Place, and Brand Officer at Lincoln Financial, managing HR strategy, internal communications, brand, CSR, and enterprise real estate for over 12,000 global employees.
