Prolink has been working hand in hand with Brightfield to increase the capabilities of workforce intelligence at ProMSP clients. The partnership will ensure the improvement of data and analytics at the managed service provider at Prolink. This will ensure that health care organizations can see more about costs, suppliers, talent supply, and market dynamics.
Prolink will integrate the two systems by incorporating the Brightfield Talent Data Exchange (TDX) in the ProMSP. The Talent Data Exchange (TDX) is an AI-based market intelligence solution that offers solutions to contingent labor and services procurement. This integration will ensure that healthcare organizations take advantage of efficiency and control costs related to workforces.
“Healthcare organizations are managing increasingly complex workforces across multiple suppliers, talent channels, and labor categories, while also facing pressure to control costs and ensure they have the talent they need,” said Tony Munafo, President and CEO of Prolink. “Today’s MSP needs to do more than provide visibility into the workforce. It needs to help organizations understand what the data means, identify opportunities, and plan for what’s ahead. Our partnership with Brightfield strengthens ProMSP’s ability to bring that intelligence to our clients.”
Extension of Workforce Intelligence in Health Care
This new system would provide enhanced visibility of the workforce in terms of talent and labor. This system would provide clients with market rate analysis, spend analysis, and rate benchmarking. Clients would be able to measure the performance of the supplier by using the comparison scorecards and the program analytics. It would provide insights into supply and demand, vacancy, turnover, and benchmarking. Predictive analytics would help the organization identify supply shortages and skill shortages. Predictive analytics would help in season planning and effective utilization of the talent and workforce channel.
Brightfield would provide the clients with real-time market intelligence, supplier analytics, and rate forecasting with the help of artificial intelligence. Prolink would include all the above-mentioned functionalities along with the client’s VMS/MSP experience.
“The opportunity here is to move workforce intelligence closer to the decisions that matter,” said Sarah Koshiol, Chief Revenue Officer at Brightfield. “By pairing Brightfield’s market intelligence with Prolink’s deep understanding of its clients and their workforce programs, we can help healthcare organizations challenge assumptions, uncover opportunities, and make faster, more confident decisions about how and where they invest in talent.”
In addition to that, the joint venture will perform demand forecasting, surge planning, vacancy analysis, and retention planning. These activities can help healthcare organizations make appropriate decisions regarding their workforces
.“ProMSP is built around a simple idea: our clients should have the information they need to make smarter, outcome-focused workforce decisions, not just data about what happened,” said Vanessa Janus, Chief Workforce Solutions Officer at Prolink. “We’re bringing together workforce data, market intelligence, and our MSP expertise to help clients understand what’s happening across their workforce, identify efficiencies, and plan more effectively for what comes next.”
Prolink will further improve Workforce Intelligence. This will help the customers of the organization to plan in view of any changes that may happen in their workforces.
