Guild Earns Workday Certified Integration Status to Streamline Workforce Data Connectivity

Workday Certified Integration

Achievement of the Workday Certified Integration is accomplished when Guild launches the Guild Workday HCM Connector. This certification increases connectivity of the workforce data of Guild with that of Workday. This certified connector helps in connecting employee data from Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Guild. It helps in eliminating the need for manual data transfer by connecting directly.

This integration will help in automatic synchronization of employee data in both systems. Therefore, management of employee eligibility programs in Guild becomes easier. Maintaining up-to-date data about employee eligibility is essential for the education and skilling programs. Millions of eligible employees are connected by Guild with education and skilling programs. Thus, workforce data plays an important role in all these programs.

Guild Strengthens Workforce Data Connectivity

It also helps improve the reliability and accuracy of employee information. The employers may use that information to grant access to Guild programs.

“Our employer partners want technology that works seamlessly with the systems they already rely on,” said JP Moran, Chief Commercial Officer at Guild. “Achieving Workday Certified Integration status is an important step in deepening the connection between education, skilling, and the broader talent ecosystem. As we expand our Workday capabilities, we see an opportunity to help employers better understand the talent they are building and connect employee development to the skills their businesses need.”

The integration will also enable the linkage between employee development and the skills that companies require. On the other hand, OU Health is among the first companies to use Guild’s Workday integration.

OU Health, which is the University of Oklahoma’s Academic Health System, uses the connector for eligibility management of employees. This integration will enable an effective method of managing access of employees. Guild intends to develop its Workday integration through Workday Cloud Connect for Learning. The development will enable skills and completion of learning to be reflected in the employee’s Workday profile.

“As skills become increasingly important in our AI-fueled economy, the connection between learning and core systems matters more than ever,” said Josh Bersin, global industry analyst and CEO of The Josh Bersin Company. “Guild’s integration with Workday gives employers a strong foundation to understand their talent, skills, and future capabilities across the organization.”

In summary, integration of Guild’s Workday solution enhances workforce data connectivity for organizations. Integration further improves the link between learner skill development and organizational needs.
