Timken leadership appointments mark a major step in strengthening its global business structure. The Timken Company announced new executive roles to support its Elevate to Outperform strategy.
Two new executive positions were created in the firm: Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Such positions are supposed to ensure the harmonization of operations and commercial strategies on a regional level. In this way, the company will be able to improve coordination and implementation speed. This is also connected to the adoption of the One Company strategy by the organization.
Tim Graham has been appointed as the executive vice president and chief commercial officer starting from September 1. He will be responsible for overseeing global commercial strategy and the consolidation of the sales function. In addition to that, he will also be in charge of marketing and revenue generation activities. On the other hand, Steve Ribaudo will come aboard as the executive vice president and chief operating officer. He will also assume his post on September 1. He will be responsible for global operations, supply chain, and procurement functions.
Tim Graham has over twenty years of experience at the company. At present, he is heading the Industrial Motion division. Earlier, he had various positions in operations and region management.
Experienced Executives to Support Global Growth Strategy
Graham had previous work experience with supply chain jobs at International Paper Co. and Thomas & Betts Corp. before joining the company. He has degrees from Kent State University and the University of Memphis. Steve Ribaudo has extensive leadership experience in the industrial sector for close to twenty years. In his most recent position, he was at Carrier Global Corp.

Before that, he was an employee of Collins Aerospace and United Technologies. He was in various management positions in operations and aerospace aftermarket services. He obtained his academic qualifications from Keene State College and Norwich University. In general, the company’s management selections emphasize its growth orientation and globalization efforts.
