Roth Staffing Companies has earned recognition on the 2026 PEOPLE Companies That Care list. PEOPLE magazine and Great Place To Work selected Roth Staffing Companies for the honor.

The company earned a spot on the prestigious list for the fifth time. Researchers analyzed workplace experiences and employee feedback to compile the list. The PEOPLES “Companies That Care” list reflects surveys from more than 1.3 million employees. These statistics are the workplace experience of companies that employ over 7.3 million people.

Almost 965,000 responses have been received from people working within companies that qualify for the current year’s ranking. This ranking is based on the responses provided by these participants. The companies also provide an essay detailing how they care for their employees and community members.
