Maxim Healthcare has bagged the No. 80 ranking on the Best Workplaces for Women 2026 list. The Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazines have selected Maxim Healthcare for this honor. This is the first time that Maxim Healthcare has made it to this respected list. The honor showcases the organization’s workplace culture and support for women.
Criteria for the Best Workplaces for Women List
Over 640,000 survey respondents answered surveys. They were women employed at certified Great Place to Work companies. Companies need to have 50 or more women in their organization. Also, women should occupy 20% of the non-executive management positions in the companies. Lastly, a woman should be a C-suite executive in the company. The award was based on feedback from the company’s current employees. 86% of Maxim employees believe that it is a great place to work. This number is on average 57% for American companies.
